Information on Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Bangladeshi banker and economist, who developed the concept of microcredit. Yunus is also the founder of Grameen Bank. In 2006, Muhammad Yunus and the Grameen Bank were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
